Your Tejon Government Assistance Card can be used for a several types of transactions such as point of sale (in store), on-line or over the phone, to withdraw cash at an ATM, and to pay bills.
There are many reasons why your card might be declined with a merchant. The most common reasons that might cause a card to decline are:
- Card PIN entered incorrectly
- The transaction amount exceeds the available balance on the card
- Billing address with the website did not match address registered to the card
- Card expiration date and/or 3 digit security code (CVV) wasn't entered correctly
- Merchant is not allowed on your card program
- Transaction violates terms of service - please see cardholder agreement

No, your card can only be reloaded by the Tejon Nation per the terms of the cardholder agreement.
Yes, your card can be used at ATMs to withdraw up to $500 per day. Be sure to look for the VISA or PULSE network logos on the ATM.
You can create an online account by following the instructions on this page here. By logging in to a created User ID on the website, you will have access to bill pay functionality. Please note that bill pay is restricted to $950 per day and may take a few days to process.
You can report an unauthorized transaction and initiate a dispute case by calling Customer Service at 1-800-486-0292 during business hours.
You can report your card as lost or stolen by calling Customer Service at 1-800-486-0292 and pressing option #7 on the automated line.
